This guarantee covers all VowCraftAI products: the front-end Base license, the Pro upgrade (OTO 1), the Wedding Toolkit (OTO 2), and the Agency / Reseller licenses (OTO 3).
How to Request a Refund

Tell us briefly that you'd like a refund (you don't need to explain why)
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days. The credit appears on your card or PayPal account within 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
What Happens After a Refund
Your license key is automatically deactivated
Your access to the tool ends
Any bonus PDFs you've already downloaded remain yours to keep
Your email is removed from our active customer list
Exclusions
To protect against abuse and chargebacks, we cannot issue refunds for:
Requests made more than 30 days after purchase. The guarantee window is firm.
Accounts where heavy abuse has been detected: automated scraping, more than 200 generations in a single day, attempts to share or resell the license, scripted/bot usage, etc.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support. If you dispute a charge with your bank or PayPal without giving us a chance to refund directly, we will defend the dispute. Contact us first — we will refund you faster than your bank will.
Repeated refund-and-rebuy patterns. If you've previously refunded a VowCraftAI product and then purchased again, additional refunds may be denied.
Honor System
This product is built by a pastor for officiants. We extend trust because we trust our community. Please return the favor. If the tool isn't working for you, just ask for a refund honestly — we'd rather give you your money back than have a frustrated customer telling friends they were stuck.
Why a Refund Policy Matters
The 30-day guarantee gives you space to actually use the tool on a real wedding before deciding whether it works for your officiating practice. Most officiants make their decision in the first week — typically the first time they sit down to prepare for a wedding on their calendar.
If VowCraftAI doesn't save you significant time and produce a ceremony you'd be proud to deliver, we don't deserve your money. We'd rather lose the sale than have you carry a tool that doesn't serve you.
